Thank you for shopping with L.A. Luxe Co. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention and care. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, holidays, or special collections, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your package has been shipped, L.A. Luxe Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
Warm Weather Shipping
Candles and body oils are temperature sensitive products. During warmer months, slight softening may occur during transit.
If your package arrives warm, allow products to return to room temperature before use.
L.A. Luxe Co. is not responsible for minor melting or texture changes caused by high temperatures during shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, L.A. Luxe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select launches, pop ups, or events. Pickup details will be provided at checkout when available.
