Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on candles, body oils, wax melts, or personal care products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laluxec@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund when appropriate

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing body products.
